Local Knowledge.

Thomas “The Pioneer” Spratt was one of the first European settler in what is now Charlotte, North Carolina, circa 1740.  His son, Thomas “Kanawha” Spratt, was the first in Fort Mill, circa 1750.  Since then, 8 generations of Spratt’s have lived, worked, worshiped, recreated and enjoyed this area.  Thomas Spratt of Spratt and Associates is a direct descendant of these generations.

We are honored to have this heritage.  More importantly, we are ready and willing to do our part by assisting in responsible and sustainable growth in our home town, community, and surrounding areas.
