Since Thomas is an 8th generation Fort Millian and has two small children, the sustainability movement is very important to us.  From recycling to energy efficiency, there is something that everyone can participate in. 

Thomas will obtain his EcoBroker designation in 2009.  This will provide him with the knowledge to help our residential clients with all aspects of sustainable building.  Whether you just want to save money through the use of energy efficient appliances or you want to incorporate sustainable building practices into your new home, remodel, or add on, Spratt and Associates is gearing toward becoming the industry expert in our area.
